This project proposal is part of the targeted social policy of Saedinenie Municipality in support of the needy, children and families living in material deprivation and the risk of social exclusion, who can not provide their own subsistence. The project provides for a hot lunch / catering, and the food is prepared and supplied by an external contractor on the territory of the Municipality of Saedinenie in the homes of the needy and families. It is planned to provide a warm lunch for 180 people in need. As of 01.05.2018 189 The social service period is scheduled to be within the month during business days - from 01.11.2017 to 31.12.2019. The project proposal targets the following main target groups: 1. Individuals living alone and families who can not withstand their property or work and receive minimum pensions - retirement age, invalidity, survivors' pensions, pensions not related to employment. 2. Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to care for them, established by the respective Social Assistance Directorate. The project also provides for the possibility of a non-heated hot lunch meeting the storage terms and conditions to be allocated to the following additional target group: 1. Persons and families supported under Ordinance RD-07-5 of 2008 on the terms and procedure for the granting of targeted heating aid for the heating season preceding the granting of the aid.
