"Provision of a Hot Lunch in Anton Municipality"

Disclosure of a public dining room under the Operational Program Food and / or basic material support will satisfy the needs of 45 epresentatives of the target group as of 01.02.2018 for a period of 20 working days and 75 representatives of the target group as of 01.03.2018 for a period of 540 working days from provision of hot food within each working day for 26 months. The main target group of the project is: Individuals and families of monthly support under the terms and conditions of Art. 9 of the RASA Act Persons with a proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them established by the respective Social Assistance Directorate; Lone residents and families receiving minimum pensions - for length of service and age; for disability; hereditary pensions; pensions not related to work;As users of the service may also be included persons from other target groups specified in ORDER № RD-07-1 of 4 April 2016 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, as well as in the requirements for applying under this procedure Within the framework of the project, the main activities will be implemented:1. Determined by the target groups;2. Purchase of food products;3. Provision of a warm lunch;4. Provision of accompanying measures. Provision of accompanying measures.The food products necessary for the preparation of a warm lunch will be delivered to a HSP by a contractor with whom the Municipality of Anton has concluded a contract following a procedure under the Public Procurement Act. The preparation of the lunch will take place in the kitchen of the HSP, located in the building of the St. Cyril and St. Methodius School, Anton village, 47 Bulgaria Street, on a varied menu, which will provide a balanced nutrition of persons in the target group, observing the requirements of food safety and national standards and nutrition standards. A warm lunch will be provided to the beneficiary on the spot in the NGO chair, and people with disabilities will be delivered to their homes
