The "Hot Lunch for All" project in the municipality of Dospat envisages providing free hot lunch in seven settlements of the municipality, to the persons of the target group admitted by the application guidelines. According to data of the Social Assistance Directorate - Devin, the number of persons meeting the conditions for receiving a hot lunch exceeds 200 persons from all the settlements in the municipality. For the preparation and distribution of a warm lunch, the kindergarten buildings will be used in seven settlements of the municipality of Dospat (Dospat, Barutin, Zmeitza, Ljubcha, Kusak, Brashten and Tsrancha ). Delivery of the food will take place at a specific time, each working day according to prescribed rules for the order and manner set by the Municipality of Dospat. Feedback forms will also be prepared and will be available to users. In addition, accompanying measures will be proposed to reduce social exclusion and improve social integration, which will consist of individual / group counseling and assistance for the use of social and / or administrative services to support access to health and education services , family budget management, healthy and balanced nutrition. The definition of the specific representatives of the target group will be based on the official lists and information provided by the Social Assistance Directorate, Devin and submitted a personal application for the use of the service.
