Providing a hot lunch in Sofia Municipality - Area Novi Iskar

Through the implementation of the current project proposal, the Novi Iskar district will supplement, extend and upgrade the social services provided in the region. The project proposal is aimed at providing social support by providing a hot lunch to the region's most deprived inhabitants, thus improving their quality of life and reducing the number of people living in poverty. In order to achieve the project goals, it is foreseen within twenty months, every working day, Novi Iskar region to distribute a hot lunch to the end-users in a dining room, meeting all the requirements of the MA according to the criteria and standards for food preparation and registration of a public dining set for the country. The end user (target group) determination will be determined on the basis of submitted Applications and in accordance with Ordinance No RD-07-1 of 4 April 2016. on the terms and conditions for defining the target groups under the Operational Program for Food and / or Fundamental Assistance from the National Fund for Combating Economic Policies. The food will be prepared by a pre-selected supplier, distributed in portions and distributed to the right-holders in a dining room. During the realization of the project, it is also envisaged to offer accompanying measures that will be tailored to the needs and needs of the target group. The total duration of the project is 23 months, while the provision of the hot lunch will be 22 months (from March 2018 to April 2020, the two months in July and August do not include the provision of the service).
