Providing a warm lunch in the town of Opaka and in the settlements of the municipality

The main idea of ​​the project proposal is to provide a free hot lunch for the people in Opaka who are in an unfavorable social situation with a view to overcoming the basic material deprivation. The Social Dining Service will be provided by a registered service provider. The procedure for awarding the management of the social service shall be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Social Assistance Act and the Rules for its implementation. The Provider will begin providing the service for a second project month after signing a BRF Agreement and selection of the target group representatives to be completed during the first project month.The preparation and delivery of hot lunch will be done daily, during all calendar days in the period from 01.10.2018 to 30.04.2020 (19 months).  The project envisages the provision of a warm luncheon for 370 users from the town of Opaka and the settlements of the municipality, representatives of target groups defined in Ordinance № RD - 07-1 from 04 April 2016. of the MLSP. The preparation of a warm lunch will be made by a registered service provider, packaged in disposable containers and will be transported in specialized vehicles to the points of delivery. Food distribution takes place from 11.00 to 13.00 hrs after signing by consumers in prepaid lists. A non-successful warm lunch meeting the storage terms and conditions will be distributed to representatives of the additional target group according to the above-mentioned regulation. Accompanying measures will also be proposed to reduce social exclusion and / or tackle emergency social situations in an emancipatory and sustainable manner, consisting of individual / group counseling and / or assistance in using social and / or administrative services to support access to health and education services, family budget management, healthy and balanced nutrition.
