In the Home Social Patronage, / DSP / Iskar, an Operational Program for Food and / or Basic Material Assistance will be implemented with funding from the Agency for Social Assistance (ASA) within 114 working days, from 01.01.2021 to 18.06.2021. The food preparation will be carried out in the kitchen block of DSP Iskar and will be delivered by two specialized vehicles to the homes of consumers, according to the hygienic and sanitary requirements of food of Regional Health Inspectorate / RHI /, the Food Safety Agency and Ordinance 1 of 2016. Good production and hygiene practice has been introduced with a Food Safety Management System based on procedures based on HACCP principles. Strict control will be observed in order to prevent contamination and to offer healthy foods prepared in a way that preserves their biological value for the served persons. The project will provide food to 80 consumers from the four settlements - Gr. Iskar, the village of Dolni Lukovit, the village of Staroseltsi, the village of Pisarovo. In accordance with the objectives of Operation "3.1 - Hot lunch in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic", the target groups identified by the operation: 1. Persons without income or with low income below the poverty line - people in difficulty due to the deteriorating economic situation in the country, people who due to their age or disability are at higher risk of infection and adverse infection. 2. Persons placed in quarantine - without income or with low income below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them. 3. Persons subject to social assistance, for whom the need for additional support has been identified and in the conditions of an emergency epidemic situation, are unable to satisfy their basic living needs.
