The project proposal meets the set measures for expansion and creation of new ones, in accordance with the needs of the people in the conditions of pandemic COVID-19.The food for the consumers will be prepared in the kitchen of Home social patronage located in the Resort complex "Varbitsa" in the building of "Recreation home" quarter 6, Regulated plot III, according to the current development plan of Varbitsa Resort, which has many years of experience in providing social services to elderly and disadvantaged people, expressed in the daily supply of hot food and once a week dessert in accordance with the requirements for rational nutrition DSP Varbitsa is housed in a material base - public municipal property, and consists of a main kitchen with preparation room, dishwasher, two corridors, dressing room, storage, refrigerators and garage There is purchased equipment with funds provided by the Social Protection Fund of the MLSP.Home social patronage has the necessary human resources to implement the project - a cook, two assistant cooks, four drivers, delivery people, three kitchen workers, a host, with the necessary equipment for cooking and with 4 cars with which the delivery will take place.The Municipality of Varbitsa has implemented projects under the national programs "From Social Assistance to Employment" and "Assistants to People with Disabilities".The projects covered unemployed people from the municipality.It provided full-time employment for up to 12 months to persons registered in the "Labor Office" Directorate V. Preslav. Completed project "Providing hot lunch in the Municipality of Varbitsa" under procedure BG05FMOP001-3.002"Providing hot lunch-2016-2019"under the Operational Program for Food and/or Basic Material Support with a capacity for 825 disadvantaged people from 01.08.2020 to 28.08.2020 Project for 170 persons under the Target program "Hot lunch at home in the conditions of emergency situation -2020" for the period from 01.05.2020 to 31.12.2020.
