3-1 - Hot lunch in the conditions of the pandemic of COVID-19 in the municipality of Alfatar

The project proposal complements, builds on and expands the scope of the current measures in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of the project proposal is aimed at the most affected and vulnerable citizens in the country in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with the objectives of the operation, the target groups are: persons without income or low income below the poverty line - people in difficulty due to the deteriorating economic situation in the country, people who are at higher risk of infection due to their age or disability and adverse course of infection; persons placed in quarantine - without income or with low income below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them; persons subject to social assistance, for whom the need for additional support has been established and in the conditions of an emergency epidemic situation, are unable to satisfy their basic living needs. The activities set for implementation under the project are: determination of the target groups; preparing a hot lunch; providing hot lunch at the homes of consumers; implementation of accompanying measures. The project proposal covers needy people from all settlements in the municipality of Alfatar - six villages and one town, which is the municipal center. The project will be implemented through activities and measures that will be implemented jointly with an external social service provider, in compliance with all sanitary requirements and prescriptions of national and European competent authorities in order to achieve the results set in the project proposal.
