3.1 - Hot lunch in a pandemic from COVID-19 in the Municipality of Razlog

Providing a hot lunch in a pandemic by COVID-19 in the municipality of Razlog within the project implementation period - from 01.01.2021. to 30.09.2021 (186 working days). Upon approval of the project proposal, a report will be prepared to the Mayor of Razlog Municipality for joining the necessary food products for hot lunch under the project to the already open public procurement procedure with subject "Supply of food products for kindergartens, dairy kitchen and the establishments for social services on the territory of the Municipality of Razlog ". Providing a hot lunch to 170 needy people meeting the target groups. The food will be prepared in the kitchen of OP "Home Social Patronage" Razlog and will be delivered on site in the homes of consumers by cars of OP "Home Social Patronage" Razlog. Razlog Municipality is a provider of social services, which is defined as a local activity within the meaning of the Public Finance Act by Decision №225 / 29.10.2020. of the Municipal Council of Razlog. The following accompanying measures will be implemented under the project: once a week a day will be set aside for conversations and consultation for consumers, who will be provided with a hot lunch, in which they will be informed by an employee of the Municipal Administration of Razlog about the possibilities and the order of use. of other social services in the community. They will be directed to the Social Assistance Directorate, the Labor Office Directorate - Razlog and other institutions, according to the identified need. Consultations will be held for the use of administrative services; consultations on opportunities for access to educational services and referral to the relevant educational institutions; consultations for opportunities to use health services.
