Given the emergency situation arising from the spread of COVID-19 and the need to take urgent action to provide protection and support to the most vulnerable citizens who, due to poverty and prolonged social isolation, find it difficult to provide for themselves, in the municipality Razgrad under the current project proposal will provide the ‘’hot lunch’' service. The project proposal aims to provide food for the people most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences. It builds on and complements the activities implemented under the target program "Hot Lunch at Home in Emergency 2020", funded by the national budget to deal with the consequences of the epidemic situation of COVID-19, allowing for the expansion of the scope. The main activities will be implemented on the territory of the Razgrad municipality in the period 01.01.2021 - 30.09.2021 and will include: identifying the target groups, preparing and providing hot lunch, which includes: soup, main course, bread and once a week dessert, as well as accompanying measures in compliance with all anti-epidemic measures and sanitary and hygienic requirements. The project proposal contributes to achieving the overall objective of the operational program to provide support and meet the basic food needs of people in need of social protection.
