Operation "3-1 - Hot lunch in the conditions of the pandemic of COVID-19" is implemented through the Procedure for direct grant BG05FMOP001-5.001. Project "Hot lunch in the conditions of the pandemic of COVID-19 in the Municipality of Svoge" is a social service planned in response to the emerging COVID-19 pandemic in the country and will provide support to meet the basic food needs of people in need of social protection to the highest degree. of vulnerable people and families who cannot provide for themselves, operation type 3 also focuses on those most affected by the effects of the crisis.Operation "3-1 - Hot lunch in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic Will upgrade and expand the scope of the operation "Providing hot lunch in the municipality of Svoge" under the Operational Program for Food and / or Basic Material Support, which was implemented by the Municipality of Svoge until 30.04.2020.The operation will be implemented by the General ina Svoge in the period 04.01.2021 - 27.04.2021 for a period of 4 months during which a hot lunch will be delivered daily to the homes of 100 users from the municipality. Those wishing to use the service will submit a sample application and declarations of consent for disclosure of tax and social security information.The affiliation of the identified persons to the eligible target groups under the Operational Program will be confirmed by the Social Assistance Directorate - Svoge. by order of the mayor of the municipality, will select the specific representatives of the target group, who will be provided with a hot lunch, and the selection will be based on developed and approved by the mayor of Svoge municipality selection procedure. Poster in A3 format , which meets the requirements of the Unified Manual for Information and Communication will be placed in prominent places on the territory of the Municipality - the mother kitchen, information boards in the city and adjacent settlements, the official website of the Municipality.
