Hot lunch in the Municipality of Georgi Damyanovo in the conditions of the pandemic of COVID-19

For the successful implementation of this project the municipality is committed to perform the following activities: 1. Defining the target groups; 2. Preparing a hot lunch; 3. Providing a hot lunch; 4. Implementation of accompanying measures. The Municipality of Georgi Damyanovo will commit the following human resources for the implementation of the activities: - project manager - 1 pc. - coordinator - 1 pc. - technical assistant - 1 pc. - Chef - 1 pc. - kitchen worker - 3 pcs. - driver - 2 pcs. - calculator - 1 pc. The activity "Providing a hot lunch" will include the mayors of the settlements and volunteers who will be engaged in delivering the food to the homes of the consumers. Persons wishing to use the service submit an Application-Declaration to the Municipality of Georgi Damyanovo. The municipality, for its part, prepares a list of candidates for consumers and sends it for inspection to DSP Chiprovtsi, together with the scanned applications-declarations. The municipality will conclude a contract for the provision of the service with the candidates approved by DSP Chiprovtsi. The Municipality of Georgi Damyanovo plans to prepare and deliver a hot lunch to 200 people from the defined priority groups for the period from 01.01.2021 to 30.09.2021 inclusive. The food will be prepared in the kitchen of Home Social Patronage - Georgi Damyanovo, which is located at - Georgi Damyanovo, 4 Shestnadesa Street. The food will be prepared according to menus and a recipe book prepared by a nutrition engineer and will be delivered to the homes of consumers due to the need to limit the spread of COVID-19. The people most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic will be provided with hot food, including soup, main course, dessert and bread.
