Organizing of warm lunch giving in the pandemic conditions of COVID 19 in the Municipality of Kaspichan

The project foresees: Provision of warm lunch for 200 consumers from all living areas on the territory of Kaspichan Municipality 1. People without incomes or with low incomes under the poverty line – people in a difficult situation due to the deteriorated economic conditions in the country, people who are subject to a higher infection risk and an adverse progress of the infection due to a higher age or existent disabilities. 2. People under quarantine – without incomes or with low incomes under the poverty line and without relatives, who can support them. 3. People who are subject to a social assistance, for whom the need for additional support in the extreme epidemic conditions is proved and who are not in a situation to ensure the basic living necessities. Provision of auxiliary measures that find expression in an individual consulting and assistance for: the possibilities to use other social services, available on the territory of the municipality, including those financed by the ESF; the utilization of administrative municipality services for the provision of temporary shelter for the homeless people, for the support of the access to the health and educational services, for the family budget management, for the healthy and balanced nutrition or other forms of support, assistance, individual or group consulting, performed as a reply of proven specific needs and problems of the target group representatives.
