"3-1 - Hot lunch in the conditions of the pandemic of COVID-19 in the Municipality of Dobrich"

On the territory of the Municipality of Dobrich there are persons affected by the declared state of emergency and subsequent epidemic situation arising from registered cases of patients with COVID - 19. It is planned to support them by providing hot lunch to 113 people from the following target groups: - Persons without income or low income below the poverty line - people in difficulty due to the deteriorating economic situation in the country, people who due to their age or disability are at higher risk of infection and adverse infection. - Persons placed in quarantine - without income or with low income below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them. - Persons subject to social assistance, for whom the need for additional support has been identified and in the conditions of an emergency epidemic situation, are unable to satisfy their basic living needs. The main activities of the project are: 1. Defining the target groups. 2. Preparing a hot lunch. 3. Providing a hot lunch. 4. Implementation of accompanying measures. The implementation of the project will expand the range of social services provided at home by the Municipality of Dobrich and aimed at socially disadvantaged people, people with low income or no income, single people. This will lead to an increase in the quality of life of these risk groups of the population.
