Operation "3.1. - Fresh and hot lunch in the COVID-19 pandemic situation" is directed to help people in bad financial and health condition, satisfying their food requisites. During a period of 9 months (186 working days, from January 4th to September 30th 2021, they will receive free fresh meals, prepared and delivered by an outer supplier, chosen based on m.20, par.4, point 2 from the Public Procurement Law, services and supplies, part of Enclosure №2 and m.18, par.1, and aiming the following target groups: 1. People with no net income or with under-the-line-of-poverty - people in bad economical position due to the country's general deteorated economic situation and people in a bad situation due to their age or with any accompanying diseases, who are in a higher risk from a fatal COVID-19 passing; 2. Quarantined people with no net income or with under-the-line-of-poverty and no relatives whatsoever for any support; 3. People, subjected to social aid, whom additional assistance in the emergency pandemic situation is required and are uncapable to perform their basic everyday needs; The project's target groups consist 300 people from 14 populated areas in Cherven Briag municipality, which are as follows: Cherven Briag, Vth section, the villages of Gornik, Breste, Reselets, Suhache, the town of Koynare, the villages of Glava, Deventsi, Chomakovtsi, Ruptsi, Radomirtsi, Rakita, Lepitsa and Telish. Transport delivery will be provided by the supplier for the people with difficulties or no abilities to move. The prepared food, complied with the target group's needs, will be diversed and in a full comformance with the regulatory institutions' requirements. The food preparation conditions will be constantly subjected to monitoring by the partnership institution - the Cherven Briag municipality, which will follow all the required regulatory documentation up.
