Tervel municipality, through its specialized social services units will prepare daily, every working day of the month warm food for a total of 100 people who need support in everyday life - adults and children from various locations. Users (consumers) will receive additional support in the form of advising and assistance for the opportunity to use social and public services provided by the municipality of Tervel, its subdivisions and partners. Particular consumers of Tervel and the villages in the municipality will be chosen after confirmation from the Directorate "Social Assistance" Tervel on the compliance of those who want to be supported with warm food or identified by municipal for their conformity to eligibility rules for target groups in "Operation 3.1. "A warm meal in a pandemic condition from COVID-19". The municipality will supply products to prepare lunch from suppliers who were lawfully procured for food supply and will perform cooking in the kitchen subdivisions of Socials municipal centers .So prepared food will be spread to consumers with special municipal vehicles .Consumers will be attended by specialists from the municipality of Tervel, which will provide them with additional services - counseling and assistance.
