Providing a warm lunch in the municipality of Kuklen

The project envisages providing a hot lunch to people from the Municipality of Kuklen, who fall within the scope of the following target groups: without income or with income below the poverty line, those placed under quarantine, as well as persons subject to social assistance for whom the need for additional support has been identified. Up to 170 users from the town of Kuklen, the village of Ruen, the village of Dobralak, the village of Yavrovo, the village of Tsar Kaloyan and the village of Galabovo will be covered. The provision of a hot lunch will start from 04.01.2021. and is scheduled to be within 9 months - on working days. The project activities will continue until 30.09.2021, and during its implementation the necessary measures will be taken to avoid double funding and duplication of the covered activities. - Activity "Defining the target groups". Based on the submitted applications by persons wishing to be included as consumers, a selection is made according to the requirements of the procedure, and a contract will be concluded with each of them individually. - Activity "Preparation of hot lunch". The implementation of the project activity is envisaged by direct assignment of a contractor under the Public Procurement Act. - Activity "Providing a hot lunch". The prepared food will be received in 2 ways: on-site delivery and/or at a distribution point. - Activity "Implementation of accompanying measures" Accompanying measures will be provided to users during the implementation of the project. They will be provided with the participation of the health mediator, and will consist of individual counseling and assistance to the end users of a hot lunch, according to the current anti-epidemic measures and their individual needs, such as using various services and receiving support, information etc.
