Soup-kitchen - "Hope 2021"

In the context of the pandemic emergency, the provision of a hot lunch has proved to be a significant aid, as it provides a real opportunity for the poorest and most vulnerable people to continue to have food, on the one hand and they also receive at home when anti-epidemic measures require it. In order to ensure a quick start of the activity, the established procedures and the established partnership with the MA and the Municipality of Sungurlare on the operation "Providing a hot lunch" under the operational program, which was implemented until 30.04.2020 and subsequently continued through the Target Program "Hot lunch at home in the conditions of emergency 2020", financed from the national budget, to deal with the consequences of the epidemic situation of COVID-19. The social service "Public Dining Room" will be provided to the following target groups; 1. Persons without income or with low income below the poverty line - people in difficulty due to the deteriorating economic situation in the country, people who due to their age or disability are at higher risk of infection and adverse infection. 2. Persons placed in quarantine - without income or with low income below the poverty line have no relatives to support them. 3. Persons, object of social assistance, for whom a need for additional support has been established and in the conditions of an emergency epidemic situation, are incapable of satisfying their basic living needs. Due to the large number of people from the target groups, the possible turnover of users in the implementation of the project will not be a fixed number of target groups, but will be as a total number of users - 1000 people. The hot lunch will be delivered to 1000 people from 01.02.2021, from 27.04.2021. The project will offer accompanying activities - counseling (including health counseling to prevent CoVid-19) and monitoring compliance with a proper diet.
