"3-1 - Hot lunch in the conditions of the pandemic of COVID-19 for the residents of Borovan Municipality"

This project proposal is related to the continuation and upgrading of the activities under the "Social Dining Room" program to the "Social Protection" Fund, Operational Program for Food and / or Basic Material Assistance "Providing Hot Lunch - 2016-2020" and implementation of "Targeted Assistance with a hot lunch in the conditions of emergency - 2020 ". The implementation of the project aims to provide and support the following groups of disadvantaged people living in the Municipality of Borovan with a total number of 600 people: - Persons without income or low income below the poverty line - people in difficulty due to the deteriorating economic situation in the country, people who due to their age or disability are at higher risk of infection and adverse infection; - Persons placed in quarantine - without income or with low income below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them; - Persons subject to social assistance, for whom the need for additional support has been identified and in the conditions of an emergency epidemic situation, are unable to satisfy their basic living needs; Borovan Municipal Administration, as well as "Home Social Patronage" in the village of Borovan, will commit to the implementation of the project proposal. Borovan Municipality and "Home Social Patronage" have sufficient qualified staff who have experience in providing social services in the municipality.
