"3.1 - Hot lunch in the conditions of the pandemic of COVID-19 in the municipality of Borino"

The emergency situation in which we find ourselves in the last few months has caused direct negative socio-economic consequences,economic stability has been disrupted,unemployment has risen,and small and medium-sized businesses have ceased to function. Poverty and lack of income are deepening.The idea is through the current project proposal to continue the provision of this type of service on the territory of the Municipality of Borino,namely providing a hot lunch to those in need.Until30.04.20it was implemented under the operation"Providing hot lunch"under the operational program,subsequently through the Target Pr."Hot lunch in emergency situation2020",funded by the national budget,to deal with the consequences of the epidemic situation from COVID-19. The implementation of the project proposal will reduce the number of people living in poverty in the municipality,providing food for the people most affected by the COVID-19pandemic and its consequences.The activity for providing hot lunch will be on working days for the period from 01.01.21to30.09.21 incl. In order not to interrupt the transition from one scheme to another,the selection of persons is carried out in Dec.20.A company will be provided,supplier of hot lunch,in the form of catering,through public procurement under the Public Procurement Act.The delivery of the finished portion in the form of catering will take place in one dining room and one point.The dining room/dining room/is located in the building of N. V. HS, Borino vil,29 H. B.Str.,And the checkpoint in Daga Kindergarten,Yagodina village.Both buildings are municipal property.Persons from the villages of Borino and Chala will be able to receive a warm lunch from the dining room;and from the checkpoint - the persons from the village of Yagodina,Buynovo and Kozhari.Depending on the situation,food will also be delivered to consumers' homes.170 p. will be included from 01.01.2021 to 18.04.2021 and 200 p. from 19.04.2021 to 30.09.2021
