Hot lunch for the residents of Strumyani municipality in the conditions of COVID-19

The project proposal has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Operational Program Food and / or Basic Material Assistance from the European Assistance Fund for the Most Deprived Persons, contributing to the achievement of the National Goal for Reducing the Number of People in Poverty and complementing the national measures taken in response to the crisis. It provides measures and activities to support the most deprived people in the context of the crisis caused by COVID-19. Through the purchase of food and the preparation of meals in the kitchen of the Home Social Patronage - Strumyani, food assistance will be provided to vulnerable residents of the municipality of Strumyani in the emergency epidemic situation in connection with the spread of COVID 19. With the implementation of the project the volume of social services provided by Strumyani municipality will increase definately , and to the users of the social services shall be included people, from the target groups, who have difficulties to provide food and bevarage themselves in that mentoned unprecedented situation. The general and specific objectives of the project proposal correspond to the objectives of the procedure for direct granting of financial aid, Operation type 3 "Provision of hot lunch".
