''Hot lunch in the conditions of the pandemic of COVID-19 in the municipality of Kocherinovo''

"Warm lunch in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic in Kocherinovo municipality"is a project proposal providing for the implementation of the activities:designation of the target groups of the project;preparation of a warm lunch;providing a warm lunch and implementing accompanying measures.The project duration is 68 working days and it starts on 21st of January 2021until 27th of April 2021.One hundred twenty persons will receive a warm lunch.It will be prepared in compliance with and use of safe working practices in pandemic conditions in order to provide healthy,quality and varied food.All consumers of the service will be selected on the basis of a developed and validated “Procedure for identifying specific persons”.The affiliation of the persons to the eligible target group will be confirmed by the Social Assistance Directorate-Boboshevo. The included consumers of the service are from the following target groups:1.Persons without income or low incomes below the poverty line. People in difficulty due to the poor economic situation in the country and who, due to their age or available disabilities, are at higher risk of infection and adverse course of infection;2.Persons quarantined-without income or low incomes below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them;3.Persons part of social assistance, who are identified as needing additional support. Because in the context of an emergency epidemic, they are unable to meet their basic living needs. The preparation of a warm lunch is carried out by a registered service provider,packaged in disposable containers and transported in specialized vehicles to each home.The transportation will take place on every working day between11:30h and13:30h anti-epidemic measures will be complied with.Consumers have to sign a document, when they received the food.The lunch will include: soup,main course,bread and dessert(at least once a week).Also will be implemented in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic,etc.
