Hot lunch in the conditions of the pandemic of COVID 19 in the municipality of Devnya

Providing hot lunch to 170 people from groups at increased risk of infection - people without income or low income below the poverty line - people in difficulty due to the deteriorating economic situation in the country, people who due to their age or disabilities are more high risk of infection and adverse course of infection; persons under quarantine - without income or reduced income below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them; persons subject to social assistance, for whom the need for additional support has been identified and in the conditions of an emergency epidemic situation, are unable to meet their basic living needs. The provision of the service will improve their quality of life in the conditions of the pandemic outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. A great need for the provision of this type of social service has been identified, in the context of the current epidemic situation in the country. In addition to the distribution of food, accompanying measures will be offered in order to reduce social exclusion and / or deal with social emergencies in an emancipatory and sustainable way, which are expressed in individual / group counseling and assistance in using social and / or administrative resources. services to support access to health and education services, family budget management, healthy and balanced nutrition, tailored to anti-epidemic measures and the specific needs of people in these conditions.
