The service "Public dining room" under the project "Hot lunch in a pandemic of COVID-19 in the municipality of Pordim" will be provided in compliance with the principles of balanced nutrition and food safety requirements and national standards and norms for nutrition. All consumers in the public dining room will receive hot food in person, and the food will be delivered to the person's home (s) in disposable containers. Simultaneously with the main activity within the project, accompanying measures will be implemented, including support, assistance and individual counseling, according to the specific needs and problems of the users of the service. The necessary organization will be created in the implementation of the project to provide consumers with hot food in order to prevent infection with COVID 19 of vulnerable groups involved in the project. The implementation of the project activities will contribute to improving the quality of life and meeting the food needs of people who cannot provide for themselves. In order to implement the set results, the following eligible activities will be implemented: 1. Defining the target groups 2. Preparation of hot food 3. Providing hot food 4. Implementation of accompanying measures
