3-1 - Hot lunch in conditions of the pandemic of COVID-19 in the municipality of Gotse Delchev

Providing a hot lunch to the most vulnerable social groups in the municipality of Gotse Delchev in order to reduce the number of people living in poverty by overcoming basic material deprivation. The main activity of the project is preparation and distribution of hot food (according to the requirements of the operational program) to eligible target groups once a day on working days of the week, during the period February-April 2021. The preparation and delivery of the food will be carried out by a contractor selected in accordance with the applicable national legislation. The food will comply with the norms for a healthy and balanced diet. Will be provided packaged in individual packages. Lunch of the difficult to move, bedridden or quarantined persons in the town of Gotse Delchev and the villages of the municipality will be delivered to their homes by specialized transport of the contractor. Consumers in the villages, who are not hindered, will receive their food at a predetermined time in front of the mayor's office from the car transporting the food, in compliance with the anti-epidemic requirements. Gotse Delchev Municipality will create the necessary organization so that if there is a prepared but not received lunch, it will be redistributed to pre-determined people in need. The project will be implemented and accompanying measures that meet the needs of the target groups and the requirements of the funding program. Gotse Delchev Municipality will carry out the necessary activities related to information and publicity of the support of the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAD).
