"Hot lunch during COVID-19 pandemic in municipality of Mineralni bani"

The project is prepared in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in the country and aims to provide support to meet the basic food needs of people without or with incomes below the poverty line who need social protection to the highest degree, in the territory of Mineralni Bani municipality. The implementation of this project will support at least 450 of the vulnerable residents of the municipality of Mineralni Bani, who due to poverty or social isolation in the crisis resulting from COVID-19, are difficult to provide for themselves. The preparation and delivery of a hot lunch is assigned to an external contractor through direct negotiation under Article 182, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The Municipality of Mineralni Bani will ensure that the prepared food is in accordance with the needs of consumers, to be varied and to meet national standards and norms of nutrition, for which purpose a varied weekly menu will be provided to ensure a balanced diet of the target group, in compliance with food safety requirements.
