"3-1 - Hot lunch in the conditions of the pandemic of COVID-19 in the municipality of Boynitsa."

With this project proposal, the Municipality of Boynitsa will have the opportunity to continue the activities on providing hot lunch during 2021. The implementation of the project will support vulnerable people in need, from the defined target groups: 1. People without income or with low income under the poverty line - people in difficulty due to the worsened economic situation in the country, people who due to their age or disability are in higher risk of contagion and unfavorable passing of the infection. 2. People, put under quarantine - without income or with low income under the poverty line and without relatives to support them. 3. People subject to social assistance, for whom has been identified a need for additional assistance in the conditions of emergency epidemic situation, and who are unable to sustain their basic life needs., who are in a difficult material situation and have especially hard difficulties and limited abilities to cope with the negative consequences of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. For this purpose, the following activities will be implemented: 1. Identification of the target groups; 2. Preparation of hot lunch; 3. Providing hot lunch; 4. Providing accompanying measures. The food will be prepared and delivered to the homes of the consumers by the Boynitsa Municipality Social Patronage. Hot lunch will be provided to 100 people. A project management team will be created, which will implement activities on avoiding double financing, providing accompanying measures, quality implementation of the project and other activities, which will contribute to the inclusion of the people who are in greatest need and providing them with much needed support.
