"Center for Intelligent Solutions for Creative and Recreational Industries" (INCREA) aims to develop the capacity for scientific researches and innovations for the creative and recreational industries by conducting interdisciplinary market-oriented researches and networking to create scientific products with added value for the economy according to the best internat`l standards and practices, business partnership and joint cooperation. Target groups of the project are researchers, entrepreneurs, innovators, doctoral and postdoctoral students, young scientists, participants in the scientific researches, students and pupils. There are 12 planned activities: 1. Organization and Management 2. Building up new specialized scientific research infrastructure 3. Purchase of equipment 4. Carrying out market-oriented researches 5. Attraction of leading researchers and top specialists 6. Introduction of innovations, new teaching and educational methods 7. Specialization of researchers and innovators 8. Development of strategic partnerships with leading technology research organizations in Europe 9. Building strategic partnerships with Bulgarian companies 10. Popularization of the results 11. Transfer of knowledge and business specialized services 12. Information and publicity Main results are: - Scientific complex of the highest level accessible to the stakeholders and active interaction with business; - 34 projects for applied industrial scientific research and experimental development (10 years) - 66 new/significantly improved products, services, business models and processes (10 years) - "Open bank" of national and international scientists - Min. 8 strategic partnerships with leading technology research organizations in Europe for innovation in the creative and recreational industries; - At least 20 strategic partnerships with BG companies; - Portfolio with intellectual property rights; - 4 spin-off and 4 start-up companies; and other.
