Establishment and development of scientific potential for the specializations of physical chemistry and electrochemistry

The project proposal is focused on tasks related specifically to individual subgroups of the target group of the project, namely: • Involvement of excellent students in the research in academic environment and special assistance for their early orientation in science. • Expanding the opportunities for research of doctoral students in their dissertation topics and developing additional skills required for successful preparation and defence of their theses • Creating new opportunities for research of young scientists and post-docs by creating conditions for the use of equipment and measurement methods outside the candidate institution, for work in an international environment as well as for development of additional skills necessary for professional realization in science • Raising the teaching level in the field of physico-chemical and electrochemical sciences by modernizing the lectures and improving the skills of presentation and interactive learning • Expanding of the opportunities for knowledge dissemination and discussion of research results of all members of the target group by presenting them at national and international scientific communities and by direct contact with leading scientists. Overall, this project proposal is aimed at creating a new academic generation trained in creative and critical thinking, with comprehensive training and additional skills beyond direct professional field, able to work in an international and multicultural environment and to meet the challenges of advanced research in modern science.
