Development of the capacity of undergraduate, postgraduate and post-doctoral students, and young researchers at the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics – Svishtov for innovative scientific and applied research in the fields of economics, administration and management

Objective: To develop the capacity of undergraduate, postgraduate and post-doctoral students, and young researchers and lecturers at the D.A.Tsenov Academy of Economics for innovative scientific and applied research in the fields of economics, administration and management Specific goals: 1. To improve the qualification level, the professional knowledge and skills and the behavioural model of the researchers 2. To develop the capacity of undergraduate, postgraduate and post-doctoral students, and young researchers for innovative scientific and applied research and results dissemination 3.To make scientific research more attractive by increasing the interest of the students in scientific career Activities: 1. Scientific research mobility of target group members 2. Scientific and research publications 3. Qualification, continuing education and career development of scientists 4. Stimulation of capacity development and motivation of young specialists 5. Development of networks of Bulgarian and foreign researchers 6. Creation of favourable scientific research environment 7. Dissemination of research results 8. Support of participation in scientific forums and publications 9. Provision of access to databases 10. Support of participation in in various forms of research activities outside of the scientific organization 11. Support for the organization and implementation of training 12. Provision of training in the field of transfer of technologies and intellectual property management Results: 1. 20 research mobilities 2. 23 training courses attended by the whole target group 3. Sustainable international network contacts 4. Established PhD school 5. Annual almanac of monographic publications in 2 volumes, 2 scientific forums 6. Access to databases and cloud services 7. Field research with 22 participants 8. Scientific research publications Target group: 24 PhD students, 16 undergraduate,7 post-docs,7 young researchers,46 professors
