The project „Achievement of optimal environment for education, research, innovation and sustainable development of the human source in the field of chemical sciences: Adaptation of the today education for tomorrow“ is evolved in complete accordance with the requirements determined in the goals of the Operational program “Science and education for intelligent growth” 2014-2020 (OP SEIG), corresponding to the strategy „Europe 2020“ and the National program for development “Bulgaria 2020”. The satisfaction of the requires for growth and retention of professionals in field of scientific research and educational activity are completed with respect to attracting and developing of a new generation of highly qualified researchers for Ramp;D activity. Creation of a specific local mechanism within the frame of Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy (FCP) aims to find solution for development of quality of the human and intellectual potential by providing opportunities for quality education, project training and acquiring of social experience in communication with EU institutions and centers. Target group includes students, young scientists, PhD students, postdocs and lecturers from FCP. The common denominator unifying the representatives in target group is that all of them are subjects to the overall logic of the OP SEIG program – all what happens here and today is a compulsory model of that what will happen tomorrow and at different locations. The proposed specific goals and actions are clearly defined by a transparent and modern framework for development of the individual capacity. The realization of the project is achieved by “horizontal” measures to increase the qualification of the researchers, their mobility and career. As a prognosis concerning the goals and actions set in the program an improvement of the educational and development environment is expected in accordance with the national policy for development up to 2020: building up of an economy based on knowledge.
