ESTABLISHMENT OF CENTRE FOR TRAINING OF PhD STUDENTS, POST-PhDSTUDENTS, TRAINEES AND YOUNG RESEARCHERS AT THE FACULTY OF MEDICINE OF MEDICAL UNIVERSITY - PLEVEN

This project proposal is worked out in compliance with the main objectives and principles set in Science and Education for Smart Growth Operational Programme and more specifically in conformity with the objectives of Investment priority No. 10ii Improving the quality and efficiency of, and access to, tertiary and equivalent education with a view to increasing participation and attainment levels, especially for disadvantaged groups, Specific objective 4 to IP10ii: Increasing the qualification of research staff and participation of young doctorates in research . The main actions for the centre to provide support include developing a training program “Key competencies for successful academic and research career”; Conducting group trainings for all members of the target group in a series of seminars in the programme “Key competencies for successful academic and research career”; Organizing practical training for all members of the target group in the programme “Experimental science”; Support to the members of the target group for individual career development plan; Establishing and maintaining contacts with research and business organizations in the area of medicine and health care system as a favourable environment for a successful professional development of the target group participants in an academic or research career; Promotion of target group members to employers and partners in future joint projects for support of their professional realization and dissemination of the research results obtained by them.
