Development of society is directly dependent on the integration between science and business. To achieve sustainable development between the business organisations and the educational process special attention should be paid to the professional development of young scientists and to motivate them to continue their education in NSA "Doctor", exploring new innovative models and offering new modern business practices and solutions based on thorough research. The project proposal, called "Quality training of PhD students, post-graduate students and young scientists - the responsibility of the university and business", is geared towards improving the conditions for research of the target group at the University of Economics - Varna. In essence, the project proposal has a building on effect in terms of successfully implemented project of the University of Economics - Varna on the procedure BG051PO001-3.3.06-0010, "The quality of the training of graduate students and post-docs - social responsibility of university and business" financed under OP "human resources Development" 2007-2013. The need for implementation of the project exists, given the dynamics of research and the fact that fewer and fewer young people who have completed "Master" degree are interested in scientific development and doctoral studies. Stimulating young researhers is an investment in future that is necessary for our modern society. Among the main activities set out in the proposal are providing support and incentives for scientific development, information campaigns designed to demonstrate the benefits of research, enabling the exchange of best practices and international experience, as well as to support the successful development and defense of a dissertation. The implementation of these activities would establish science and research as a promising professional field in UE-Varna, whose direct impact is going to be reflected on the increase of the number of young researchers.
