Support for the development of PhDs, post PhDs, young scientists and lecturers in NVNA

The project aims at HR development of people directly involved in science with the main goal qualification enhancement of PhD's, post PhD's, young scientists and lecturers from NVNA with strong accent on the following activities: A1: Popularization of science and researches through information campaigns, round tables and demonstration days; A2: Qualification, continual education and career development of already science involved people through 1) implementation of training for new skills and competences in the field of academic writing, project management and others necessary for careers development of young scientists and lecturers; 2) Seminars, courses, practices in scientific organizations in Bulgaria and abroad; A3: Dissemination of researches, including organization of national and international scientific forums (conferences and seminars); A5 Support for attendance of PhDs and young scientists in different forms of Ramp;D activities out of scientific organization; A6: Organization and implementation of training; A7 Organization of training related to technological transfer and intellectual property management; A8 Information and communication activities; A9 Project Management. the main goal of the project is improvement of quality, efficiency i access to high education including improvement of level of education particularly unequal groups in relation with operational priority 2 Life Long Learning.
