Support for success

The project will build upon the results of OPHRD operations-"Creating a favorable multicultural environment for the practical application of intercultural education and upbringing","Integration of children and students from ethnic minorities into the educational system" and "Educational integration of children and students from ethnic minorities",as well as the new OPSESG Operations-"Educational Integration of Students from Ethnic Minorities and/or Searching for or Receiving International Protection".The procedure takes into account the results of the project"Your Hour" and complements the implementation of the national programs:"No Free Time";"With care for every student",and the additional Bulgarian language training financed by the state budget for working with students from vulnerable groups. In order to select the schools to be included in the project, the MES has developed a Methodology for determining the number of schools with lower concentration of students from vulnerable groups, which are to participate in the implementation of the project activities.Of the 1670 schools identified at the start of the project,920 have a high concentration of students from vulnerable groups under the Ordinance on Institution Funding in the pre-school and school education system. The methodology will allow the list of schools to be updated once a year. The schools included in the project are approved by order of the MES.For the purposes of the project implementation, the specific beneficiary will use an information management and reporting system. In order to minimize the risk of duplication of activities, costs and involvement of the same people from the target groups in identical activities funded under different projects, demarcation was carried out for the schools participating in the integrated project proposal BG05M9OP001-2.018"Socio-economic integration of vulnerable groups".Integrated measures to improve access to education"- C1 (Integrated scheme between OPHRD and OPSESG).
