Support for the dual training system

The implementation of the project "Support for the dual education system" will help improve the conformity of vocational education and training with the labor market and will create opportunities for improving the qualification of the future workforce in professions,crucial for the country's economy.The completion of the planned activities will be helpful for the development of the above mentioned dual form of education and and allow for a close interlink between the educational system and the real needs of the labor market.The project will provide employers with the opportunity to hire qualified personnel with appropriate professional training and experience acquired during training in a real work environment.These activities will ease the transition from education to sustainable employment.The project will support activities to increase the attractiveness of the dual education system among students and parents,as well as raise awareness in businesses.First-year high school students will be encouraged to participate in dual education by enrolling in a "probationary internship” at a partner company.Part of the activities are aimed at improving the competence of teachers,as well as of those covering the subjects of professional training,and for the mentors of the partner companies to acquire pedagogical and methodological skills.In this way there is an broad coverage of various components related to the quality of vocational education,including educational content,educational environment in schools,well-trained and motivated pedagogical specialists.Creating conditions to provide additional financial support for students during the educational process will reduce the social factor as a reason for them dropping out of school,and this is a very important national policy,which will be supported through the project.The project envisages the organization and implementation of information campaigns contributing to the promotion and development of the dual education system.
