It is planned to build a new academic ecosystem,which will: increase the competitiveness of higher education;introduce innovative technics and "problem-based" training;use shared resources;create conditions for internal mobility;exchange good practices with Bulgarian and foreign universities.The participants are three well-known in Bulgaria universities and significant for the regions they operate.All of them have institutional accreditation and program accreditations of the professional fields in which they conduct training.The associated partners obtain a signed Erasmus Charter for Higher Education. The new educational partnership is innovative because:1.It is a cooperation between private and public higher education institutions using shared resources; 2.Is a cooperation between universities from the both largest cities in the country Varna and Plovdiv while preserving their academic autonomy; 3.Joint educational programs in the field of technical sciences will be developed, finished with the issuance of several diplomas. Students,PhD-students,young scientists and academic staff from the following professional fields will be included:"Technical Sciences" - "Architecture, Construction and Geodesy","Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Automation","Energy","Transport, Shipping and Aviation"; "Arts" - "Fine arts", "Social, economic and legal sciences" - "Psychology", "Law", "Administration and Management","Economics". The expected result is: -two joint interdisciplinary programs in the field of circular economy, green and blue industries, digital technologies in engineering; -developed electronic educational resources, incl. and a virtual reality laboratory for the training of engineering staff; -increased language and digital skills, developed soft skills, specializations and mobility of students, doctoral students, young scientists and academic staff; - established a common network of university career centers.
