Support for pre-school education and active social inclusion of children from Valchi Dol Municipality

The Project is focused on achieving meaningful and sustainable results in the field of integration policy and covers all schools in the municipality by Decision of the Municipal Council dated 09.15.It seeks to provide assistance for childrens of minority communities so they could develop as acting citizens and accomplish successful professional,social and creative realization.The target group shall be childrens and parents of minority communities.The project activities stimulate social and economic integration by increasing the number of students from ethnic minorities successfully integrated through the educational system and directly correspond to the purpose of the investment priority of the OP.They achieve the aims provided for in the Strategy for educational integration of the children and students from ethnic minorities 2015-2020 and in the Action Plan of ValchiDol Municipality for integration of Bulgarian Roma citizens.Full socialization and ensuring equal access to quality education for childrens will be accomplished by pedagogic assistance,additional training in Bulgarian,mediation,organization of information campaigns for tackling negative society attitudes,festival,psychologic consultations,trainings,socialization,adaptation,etc.to encourage parental participation in the learning process incl. entering the first grade,involve parents in the educational process and to explain the benefits of adopting diversity,education,etc.to improve the quality of education in kindergartens and preparatory classes.Developing intercultural education as an integral part of the process for reforming the Bulgarian educational system,as well as protecting and enhancing the cultural identity of childrens from ethnical minorities will be implemented by organizing extracurricular Activities 3,4,5 and 6:clubs, practical and external trainings research,investigations and development of programs,seminars and roundtables.
