Together we are better

The main objective of the project is to create better conditions for educational integration of children from ethnic minorities in preschool years from the municipality of .The project provides specific measures which are aimed at implementing municipal policies through partnerships with various institutions and organizations - kinder garden city Ivaylovgrad, kinder garden Jelezino and populat library Probuda. The project will include one hundred and fifty children and their parents. They will participate in the main activities - additional Bulgarian language Together we learn and work.Joint participation in various events "Together, play and travel" trips, "blue" and "green" schools, sports holidays. The emphasis in project is purposeful work with the parents. The project envisages upgrading of facilities in kindergartens-delivery of interactive boards, computers, sports games and didactic materials and consumables. Organization and management of the project team will be formed by six people- manager, accountant, technical assistant and one coordinator of kindergarten, kindergarten and Popular library "Probuda ". For implementation of activities will be engaged mainly teachers in municipal kindergartens, popular library specialists and external experts. Results: improving the quality of education in kindergartens and preparatory classes in municipal schools, which educate children from different ethnic backgrounds, with the aim of their educational integration; mutual understanding of children from different ethnic groups and their upbringing in a spirit of tolerance; involve parents in the educational process; creating conditions for successful socialization of children from ethnic minorities and marginalized groups; strengthen the motivation of children and parents to participate in the educational process (entering first grade); overcoming negative public attitudes based on ethnic origin.
