Laboratory for success

With the implementation of the project "Laboratory for success" will support the creation of conditions for early social inclusion through effective pre-school education for children from ethnic minorities by small settlements in the Municipality Ruse. For successful adaptation and improvement of equal access to the education system, leading to social and personal fulfillment will be carried out activities that will help achieve the strategic objectives of the Strategy for Educational Integration of Children and students from ethnic minorities 2015-2020 locally reflected in the Action Plan of the Municipality Ruse 2015-2017, adopted by Decision № 1276 of the Municipal Council, namely: 1. Complete socialization of children and pupils from ethnic minorities; 2. Ensuring equal access to quality education for children and students from ethnic minorities; 3. Promoting intercultural education as an integral part of the process of modernization of the Bulgarian educational system; 4. Preserving and developing the cultural identity of children and students from ethnic minorities. Planned activities in the project are innovative model of cooperation between municipal authorities, NGOs, educational institutions, parents and others. stakeholders in the process of integration of minority children. The project will be implemented within 24 months, the main activities are related to: 1. Improve communication skills balg.ez. of children for whom it is not their mother; 2. Improving the quality and effectiveness of education by improving the educational environment; 3. Educating for tolerance through mutual understanding of the different ethnic groups of children; 4. Empowering parents for inclusion in the educational process; 5. Overcoming the negative public attitudes based on ethnic origin.  The project will be implemented in partnership by the Applicant and partners - Ruse municipality, NGO "PEGASUS", Kindergarten "Snezhanka" and "Fairy World" and the school "V.Levski".
