Children ethnic rainbow

The measures that will be implemented through this project, support the real process of integration and adaptation of children from the target group.This is achieved through the participation of children in a colorful range of activities with different thematic focus in the areas of history, culture, art, creativity, music and sport. The planned activities contribute to the future personal development and skills of the children as well as for their self-assessment and goal settings.The main focus of the proposed activities is on ethnic tolerance and mutual assistance, taking into account the specific needs of bilingual children. In the process of creating the project idea and designing activities, the project team has aimed to build an atmosphere of community among teachers, children and their parents. The project seeks practical realization of this important goal in the most acceptable and pleasant way - through joint participation in preschool activities, by organizing variety of clubs, through mutual celebration of holidays, organzing competitions and excursions, joint actions for improvement of preschool environment. All these leads to establishment of closer contacts, trust and mutual respect among teachers, children and parents and raise their awareness of common interests in the fields of interaction. The project will contribute to solving the problems of the Bulgarian educational environment and will create a positive attitude to the “SCHOOL” and its important role in the Bulgarian society. The project activities are as follows: 1. Support for the inclusion of the children from ethnic minorities in the educational process through additional training of Bulgarian language 2. Cultural Identity: Past-Present–Future 3. Creative development of children through art, music, sports and recreational activities 4. Activities with the children's families 5. Activities for information and publicity 6. Activities for organization and management of the project.
