The project is aimed at establishing a sustainable, effective and efficient mechanism to support children from ethnic malshtinstva preschoolers. Introducing a model for activation and integration of Roma parents to the educational process in kindergartens and school with a preparatory group. Increasing their motivation for education of their children, prevent early dropping out of the education system, reduce absenteeism, providing conditions for equal access to preschool education. Municipality "Tunja" seeks to promote the integration processes in the school communities through resource of the various activities of interest for further training and socialization and through the introduction of community work in support of Roma children and to improve the educational environment. Will be increased parental competence of communities and promote their inclusion as an active part in the life of educative institutions. This project will build on the best practices of local authorities and partners towards the realization of major national priorities in education - guaranteeing and ensuring equal access to quality education through the integration of children from ethnic minorities and increasing the activity of the minority communities - parents and Roma leaders on understanding the merits and implementation of the integration process. Will be applied an integrated approach with the direct involvement of communities in preschool.
