"HORO - Harmony in Communication, Equality in Education"

This project meets the requirements of the Operational Programme "Science and education for smart growth" 2014-2020., Procedure Support for pre-school education of disadvantaged children. It is consistent with the Strategy for educational integration of children, pupils from ethnic minorities 2015-2020 and Kardzhali Municipality program for educational integration of children and pupils from ethnic minorities /2012-2015 /, which is an integral part of the Regional Strategy of Kardzhali region for integration of Roma and disadvantaged people from other ethnic groups. The project proposal "HCEE - Harmony in Communication, Equality in Education" aims to work with 178 children and their parents from ethnic minority groups and marginalized social groups whose social and personal realization is severely limited due to social and psychological isolation. Project activities are directed to research the problems and attitudes of parents towards taking children from the closed community in which they live and their successful integration at school. The project proposal draws significant resource for children and their families based on the fact that parents are pattern and are leading in the development of values and worldview. The project includes the implementation of a number of diverse, emotional and funny activities tailored to the needs of children in kindergartens. As part of the activities will involve both children and their parents in the process of communicating participants will perceive diversity as an essential feature of society. As a result of the project the children from the target group will improve knowledge of the Bulgarian language, will learn and be able to implement new communication and social skills that will help them fully integrate into the next level and have better social and personal realization. Parents in turn will be more actively involved in the educational process and to support the development of their children.
