Ethnocultural diversity in our modern educational system, expressed in its ethnic, religious and linguistic dimensions, is one of the most serious challenges to its management, both in the individual group or class, kindergarten or school, and in functioning as a single system of mechanisms. This challenge will be filled with content by finding motivated specialists to whom intercultural education management and organization (especially in its part of educational integration of children from vulnerable ethnic minorities and cultural and religious communities) becomes a unifying activity for the implementation of its objectives and tasks. The focus of this project is placed on children from minority ethnic groups, the main activities are aimed at providing the necessary conditions and resources for implementation of the full process of educational integration. With targeted additional work to overcome the language barrier in preschool groups, motivating parents to support their children's education and to improve the teachers working skills with children and parents from ethnic minorities, the project will contribute to the early integration in the educational system, which in turn is prevention of dropping out on the next stages of education. Target group of the project will be 170 children from ethnic minorities and their parents. Main project activities: form a project management team; Information and publicity activities; clubs establishment; working with parents from different ethnic groups; updating the municipal year action plan developed in accordance with the regional strategy for Roma integration and adoption by the City Council Plant.
