The proposal aims at supporting 209 students from the 1st to the 12th degree from 2 schools the Municipality of Cherven bryag with a majority of children from the Roma ethnicity during their development as complete citizens for a successful social and job realization. Creating an opportunity for equal access to education, supporting in the adaptation of students from minorities, enhancing their motivation to participate in the educational process and forming tolerant attitude toward others. The activities for the development of the students’ abilities through the use of IT, learning new skills in the areas of civic education, local history, ecology, arts, local crafts, customs and traditions of the different ethnos; changing the community attitude; knowing each other and forming a tolerant behavior.During the implementation of the project encourages the teachers to apply interactive methods of education of the children in a multicultural environment. Giving conditions for everyday presence in class and an adequate vacation of the students during the summer. During the implementation of the project the model will be accumulated in order to enhance the motivation of 30parents of students from the Roma ethnicity and the Bulgarian majority for participation in the educational process, created by partner No 2.The implementation of the project will contribute to reaching the aim of the scheme – supporting students from the ethnical minorities to develop as a complete citizens and to achieve successful professional, social and creational realization in a tolerant way and to acknowledge students and parents from different ethnical groups. The following results will be achieved 179 students integrated in the educational system; education that will be fully realized by 209 students and 30 parents as a value and a prerequisite for a successful start in life, reduced number of absences with no reason; increased motivation for participation in the school life in a tolerant way.
