The proposal is aimed at helping 132 students from first to ninth grade from a central Secondary School of Gulyantsi Municipality mostly by children of Roma ethnicity in their development as full citizens for social and labor development. Creates an equal access to education, to support the adaptation of minority students, to strengthen the motivation to participate in the educational process and the formation of tolerant attitude towards others. The activities help to develop the abilities of students by mastering new knowledge in the field of civic education and environmental protection, preservation of history, customs and traditions of their homeland, teamwork, mutual understanding and forming a tolerant attitude. Implementation of the project encourages teachers to use interactive methods of training and education of children in a multicultural environment. Provide conditions for regular attendance of classes and rest for students during the summer months. The project proposal offers interactive forms of work to strengthen the motivation of 30 parents of students from the Roma ethnic group and the majority of the Bulgarian participation in the educational process for the development of social competencies and skills to overcome the negative manifestations of children and limit dropouts. The project implementation will contribute to achieving the following results: 106 students of Roma origin integrated into the education system, education conscious than 132 students and their parents as a value and a prerequisite for a successful start in life, decreased absenteeism, increased motivation among students and parents participation in school life and carry out joint initiatives in the spirit of tolerance and respect for the views of others.
