"School of champions"

Integration and socialization of students from ethnic minorities requires the establishment of mechanisms for inclusion and participation in education - educational process . This project proposal will lead to improved access to quality education as a major aspect of social and economic desegregation and subsequent integration, the formation of appropriate social - psychological climate. Will be used interactive methods of work and seeks after-school hours are more fun and encourage group work This achieves a positive impact on students' motivation and facilitating the achievement of goals. Increases the time in which students communicate in Bulgarian language and perform exercises without fear of numerical score . The rating is verbal and aims to encourage students to work more , even if wrong. Used textbooks , which arouse interest because they are different from books mandatory training. The project will contribute to the development of Lingua - communicative competencies - skills students to communicate in Bulgarian language; to understand , interpret and summarize information in that language and the ability of the learner to develop as a person - to quickly navigate to relevant situations to make decisions to carry memorized in a new context . The project focus is placed on pupils from minority ethnic groups , the main activities are aimed at providing the necessary conditions and resources for implementation of the full process of educational integration . With targeted additional work to overcome the language barrier, the pupils from the target group and motivating parents to support their children's education , the project will contribute to the early integration into the educational system , which in turn is the prevention of dropping out of the next stages of education , and for keeping them in school and continuing their education to a higher stage.
