This project provides optimized performance in school "Chernorizec Hrabar " for full integration of children of Roma and other ethnic origin , through education, training and their involvement in extracurricular activities. For its successful implementation will work in partnership leading organization - school "Chernorizec Hrabar " and partner - municipality of Veliki Preslav. The project will be implemented in the city Veliki Preslav , in its activities will be covered and students who are traveling from neighboring settlements, but studying in college. In the activities provided and work with parents , with a focus on enabling them to participate in the educational process , activities with children , conducting individual counseling and group meetings , trainings, regular parent meetings . Within the Project in all classes students will go through a process of enhanced utilization of the Bulgarian language , artistic group and personal development of children for the purpose of their successful socialization and overcoming social and emotional " barriers ". On the other side the development of extracurricular activities is important for personal development of the students. Expansion and enhancement of these activities will make school life more rich, full and attractive, will increase the opportunities for creative development and talents of the students will reflect on their free time , will guide them to their preferred personal expression thus facilitate the formation of autonomous individuals with a broad general culture and contemporary values. By improving and enhancing the facilities at the school will create the necessary conditions for quality education and upbringing in a multicultural environment . The school will obtain a favorable and pleasant working environment for students, teachers and parents.
