DREAM WORKSHOP

The project proposal "Dream Workshop" offers implementation of a model aimed at creating favorable conditions for lasting results in educational integration of students of Roma origin. The model includes targeted measures to assist the process of successful personal, social and creative realization of the students. According to the identified needs of the target group planned activities in four main directions.First -model for prevention of early school leaving "Pay It Forward" with main activities: preparing the file of students with unexcused absences; Corrections conducting individual and group work with students and parents; monthly motivational trainings in all classes for the development of personal and social skills of students; conducting the initiative "All of time and in an hour!" - race class without absence.Second -model for improving reading literacy of students, "I love to read!" With main activities: the establishment of two readers club "Friends of the book"; conducting weekly hours for the development of reading equipment in all classes; conducting competition in reading in all grades and school level; conducting Book Day - April 23 . Third - the construction of parental club "School for parents" with main activities: the establishment of parental club and conducting monthly training for the inclusion of parents; conducting joint events with the participation of students and parents / making survachki, martenitsi and painting Easter eggs and organizing exhibitions; holding two sports holiday "Mom, Dad and I" - one at school and one at the municipal level /.Fourth -clubs for extracurricular activities: theatrical studio, vocal, dance and instrumental formation workshops "Arts" and "Ceramics and Glass." Will be held 5 representative appearances in front of the local community: Christmas holiday, musical theater performance May 24, three exhibitions in the gallery "At the Mayor" in the building of the municipality of Pernik and showroom in ODK.
