This project proposal aims to improve the educational integration of students from ethnic minorities and this to help them for successful professional, social and creative development. The overall objective of this project proposal is to help students from PGTM "Hristo Botev" who are from ethnic minorities to build as full citizens and to achieve success in society. The target group is 71 students, 15 of them are from ethnic minorities and 35 parents - 15 of them with children from ethnic minorities and 20 parents irrespective of their ethnic origin. The main activities in this project proposal have been selected to ensure the utmost achievement of the set general and specific objectives. The project will be implemented the following activities: 1. Organization and Project Management 2. Creating of Club Entrepreneurship 3. Creating of sports clubs 4. Creating of a dance group "Horovodets" 5. Creating of club for electronics 6. Creating of club for traditions and values 7. Creating of School for Parents 8 Organizing and conducting an information campaign 9. Information and Publicity. Through the implementation of the planned project activities: - We will increase the motivation of students and parents to participate in the educational process - We will improve the conditions for equal access to schooling - We will create conditions for successful socialization of students from ethnic minorities and / or marginalized groups and mutual knowledge of students from ethnic minorities and their education in a spirit of tolerance; - We will create preconditions for overcoming negative public attitudes based on ethnic origin.
